The Company OMG Srl, in full compliance with the values that have always distinguished it, has decided to comply with the legislative provisions set forth in Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, to be read in conjunction with Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and EU Directive 2019/1937, thus favouring a transparent corporate culture, marked by ethics, fairness and integrity.
OMG Srl encourages its stakeholders: legal representatives, directors, managers and employees, as well as all other third parties interacting with the same, to report any violation of national and international regulations that fall within the scope of whistleblowing of which they become aware within the work context. The Company has endeavoured to provide two different reporting channels: a dedicated telephone line and an advanced web platform, which can be used from any device, even anonymously and with the possibility of selecting a language other than Italian, separate from the Company's IT systems, because it is hosted by an independent server and allows reports to be made in a highly confidential and facilitated manner, guaranteeing high standards of security and protection of the data of the reported person and the reporter.
